- I train motocross almost all the days. Being in the gym getting ready for races has turn into a ´´second school´´. Going to the track on weekends is my favorite thing to do because it has a unique and special feeling of freedom.

Motocross training (body conditioning)
This short but great vid shows different exercises for riders to do. With this methods your resistance riding will improve a lot and and this will show off with better results on races. This video is really important because the more you train off the track the better rider you will become inside the track.
